Pricing, Timeline & Policies
YOUR INVESTMENT
Custom wedding invitation projects begin at $2,000. Final pricing depends on quantity, suite format, printing method, artwork, and finishing details. Most fully custom invitation suites fall between $3,000–$6,000+, depending on the scope of the project.
Gatefolds, vellum wraps, custom maps, specialty printing, wax seals, ribbon, addressing, and other embellishments can be added based on your vision and budget.
WEDDING SUITE TIMELINE
We accept a limited number of custom projects each year so every suite receives the attention it deserves. Ideally, custom wedding invitations should be booked 10–12 months before the wedding date, especially for destination weddings or highly detailed suites.
Booking early reserves your place on our production calendar and gives us plenty of time for artwork, proofs, printing, and assembly.

POLICIES
Copyright & Artwork Use
All original artwork created by Watercolor Design Studio remains the intellectual property of Watercolor Design Studio. Clients receive permission to use the artwork for their wedding stationery and personal event materials.
Artwork Licensing
If you would like to use Watercolor Design Studio artwork on additional pieces not created by our studio, a separate licensing fee may apply. Licensing fees vary depending on the artwork and intended use.
We do not provide layered Photoshop files, editable source files, or working files for custom crests or original artwork.
Proof Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for spelling, wording, dates, names, addresses, and other details before final approval. Once a proof is approved for printing, Watercolor Design Studio is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.
Payments
Required payments must be received before the corresponding phase of work begins. Final production will not begin until all required approvals and payments are complete.
Production & Timing
Project timelines are based on the agreed scope, artwork requirements, approval schedule, and printing needs. Delays in feedback, approvals, or submitted information may affect the final production and delivery timeline.
Printing & Color
Because watercolor artwork and printed materials may vary slightly between screens, printers, papers, and production methods, minor differences in color and appearance are considered normal.
Custom Work
Because each project includes custom artwork and design created specifically for the client, payments for completed creative work are non-refundable.
