Pricing, Timeline & Policies
WEDDING SUITE TIMELINE
We take on a limited number of custom projects each year to ensure that attention to detail is given to each suite. Ideally, a custom suite should be booked 10-12 months before the wedding date. We book up fast, so the earlier you reserve a spot on our production calendar the better. You will also lock in our current pricing. We need to block out a month for each phase of the process. Destination weddings require RSVP dates at least 3-6 months before the wedding date. See the example below for a typical wedding timeline.

• Paint & Design: ​5/1-5/30
• Print & Production: 6/1-6/30
• Ship to Client: ​7/1
• Mail to Guests: ​7/7
• RSVP: ​8/15
• Wedding date: 9/28
YOUR INVESTMENT
The custom invitation design experience with WDS starts at $2,000. Since each couple and their wedding is unique, we will work with you to choose items, printing methods, and quantities based on your event and needs. On average, the pricing goes up anywhere from $3-6,000+. when you include a gatefold or vellum wrap, itinerary card, custom map, guest addressing, ribbons, and wax seals, letterpress printing will also add cost to your suite.
"Day Of" pieces, such as menus, custom cocktail signs, seating charts, etc. are also offered. We typically go over those details closer to your wedding date.​
***If you wish to use our artwork on additional pieces NOT created by Watercolor Design Studio, we charge a licensing fee that will vary per piece of art depending on the complexity of the piece. We do not sell layered Photoshop files of our custom crests.

POLICIES
COPYRIGHTS:
Watercolor Design Studio retains all copyrights of our artwork and may use any of it for marketing and promotional purposes. We grant the client one-time use of the designs for their special event. Credit to Watercolor Design Studio should accompany the designs when photos of the final product are published online or in print.
CLIENT ERROR REFUNDS:
Refunds and/or complimentary reprints are not offered for client errors. Watercolor Design Studio will make the desired changes and reprint the original order at cost for each reprinted item. More information on policies will be included in the contract.
