our process We will work closely with you to custom design just the right watercolor imagery, color palette, and fonts. As professional designers, we will guide your ideas into reality! We design, hand-paint, and personally handle every detail of your order from the first conversation to the final product. High-quality paper and printing methods are used to ensure that your invitations have that luxurious custom look and feel your guests will love.
placing an order Once you have filled out our wedding questionnaire, a custom proposal is emailed to you based on your answers. This includes a sketch and a breakdown of pricing. If everything looks good, we will accept your signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Then on to the fun part!
timeline Much time is devoted to each project since every client is different. A minimum of 4 months is required. We will design and refine your artwork via a series of digital proofs until you are 100% happy. Printing, assembly, and mailing takes 4-8 weeks.
pricing Since each couple and their wedding is unique, we will work with you to choose items, printing methods, and quantities based on your event and needs. On average, Watercolor Design Studio couples should expect to spend $1800-$6500 on 100 custom invitation suites, depending on additional options such as paper choice, wax seals, ribbons, guest addressing, vellum wraps, and “day of”
paper goods, such as menus, programs, etc.
shipping 3-7 days for deliveries within the United States, and 5-10 days to all other countries. You will receive a FedEx tracking number for your package.
policies COPYRIGHTS: Watercolor Design Studio retains all copyrights of our artwork and may use any of it for marketing and promotional purposes. We grant the client one-time use of the designs for their special event. Credit to Watercolor Design Studio should accompany the designs when photos of the final product are published online or in print. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, the client may not: copy the materials, resell the materials, claim any copyright or other proprietary notations of the materials, or transfer the license to another business or person. Clients must first have written permission to use or reproduce our designs for any other purpose.
not sell, share, rent or in any way exchange a client’s personal information with any third party. When photos of finished works are published for portfolio or marketing purposes online or
in print, Watercolor Design Studio agrees to omit or modify the client’s personal contact information that may have appeared in the original designs, including street addresses,
phone numbers, and wedding websites.
CLIENT ERROR REFUNDS: Refunds and/or complimentary reprints are not offered for client errors. Watercolor Design Studio will make the desired changes and reprint the original order
at cost for each reprinted item. In such an event, the client will be responsible for all delivery costs and/or rush charges. Client errors include, but not limited to: typos, incorrect spelling
or wording revisions, last-minute changes, the client’s desire for a different layout, color, or printing method; and slight color variances within four-color (CMYK) industry standards for pleasing color.
